IR Special Report

Wayne Ellington does it again

Super rising senior Wayne Ellington buried a jumper with two seconds left to give the Playaz Club of New Jersey a 63-61 victory over the New York Panthers at the Hoop Group event in Providence, Rhode Island.

Ellington finished the game with 16 points while outstanding point guard Earl Clark had 19 points for the winners.

Jimmy Salmon's Playaz program also features such great players like Corey Stokes, Gerald Henderson, and Luis Guzman. Each of these players are likely to play high division one college basketball.

Ellington, who is a candidate for the McDonald's All American game next year, has several big name programs pursuing him seriously.
