TRENTON, N.J. -- Tyvon Williams scored all 12 of his points in the second half, but it wasn't enough to keep Our Savior New American from dropping a 58-52 decision to the Hun School on Friday afternoon at the Prime Time Shootout.
Our Savior led by a point at the half, but a strong effort from Hun junior forward Idris Hilliard (22 points) and Lance Goulbourne (16 points) thwarted the Pioneers.
Senior guard Tim Ambrose struggled from the field and managed just eight points in defeat for Our Savior. Stony Brook signee Rio Pitt tied Williams for team high scoring honors with 12 points.
Our Savior has a chance to get back on the winning ledger Sunday at the Prime Time when they face Rufus King H.S. of Milwaukee, Wis., at 5 p.m.
Both Williams and Ambrose are being recruited by division one schools. Reporter Brian Towey recently updated both players and the articles can be found on this site.
