EVALUATION: Leek Leek is an exciting player when he sits his frame near the rim. He plays like a power forward and due to his terrific athletic skills, Leek can outbattle and outleap many bigger players.

He blocks a lot of shots too. Leek recorded seven blocks and 14 rebounds in his last game, watched by reporter Mike Sullivan.

Leek seems to have gained more muscle for this season and grew a couple of inches. The lefty will need to sharpen his perimeter skills to keep his defenders honest. If his ballhandling ability progresses too, he is going to be a dangerous player to defend.

Leek is young too, 16 years old. And many programs are watching his progress this season. Among the schools showing early interest are St. John's, Syracuse, DePaul, Georgetown, and Pittsburgh. He is open in his recruiting process, according to Jaklitsch.
