KEY HELP IN DEVELOPING ELBAUM'S INDIVIDUAL GAME: According to head coach Jim Plate, coaching/training skill guru Jerry Powell has been instrumental in helping Elbaum make great strides in his individual game.
EVALUATION: This season is a good opportunity for Elbaum to make progress in his game and show he is worthy of many scholarship offers. If he shows the ability to score consistently from the perimeter as well as help out on the boards, it will be a good season for Josh. He has two years to improve his game too.
