Ffrench was a big reason why Paul Gilvary's team was able to defeat several high quality high school basketball programs in Rice and Christ The King High School to claim the title. It was Blaise's clutch basket with five seconds left in the semifinal contest against Rice that lifted Holy Cross into the final against CTK. Blaise will play division one basketball and this comes after trying to learn a new position -- point guard -- two seasons ago. He showed his deep basketball IQ by handling this extremely difficult and responsible position with maturity this season.
