POSITIONS: Center/Power Forward

LATEST UPDATE: There was clear disappointment in Ashton Pankey's voice a couple of days ago when discussing his departure from Archbishop Molloy. But he was happy about enrolling at St. Anthony's High School in Jersey City, New Jersey. "I had to move on," he said.

Pankey said he will focus on the last part of the school year and think about his recruiting after this summer.

SCHOOLS OF INTEREST: Connecticut, Fairfield, St. John's, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Seton Hall, Rutgers, Stony Brook, St. Francis of New York, Florida, Penn State, and Hofstra.

EVALUATION OF ASHTON PANKEY'S INDIVIDUAL GAME: Pankey vastly improved as he gained much more playing time this season as a starter for Jack Curran's Stanners. His footwork improved and he started to progress in making nimble moves around the basket.

St. Anthony's plays a big time schedule too so Pankey will be tested every week. And Hurley is among the best teachers in the nation.
