Reporter Mike Sullivan has a free look at the individual game of Wayne Newsom, a forward from Piscataway, New Jersey ...

Wayne Newsom, a 6-foot-7, 205-pound forward from Piscataway High School in Piscataway, New Jersey, has seen his progress on the court transform into some decent early division one recruiting interest.

The list has changed too since the summer. Newsom has early division one recruiting interest from Fairfield, Iona, Robert Morris, Quinnipiac, and Drexel.

Newsom should have a big junior season in a very competitive league. Sources tell us that he's wide open in his recruiting process.

Below is a previous evaluation report:

NJABC HEAD COACH MATT PAULS' VIEW OF WAYNE NEWSOM'S INDIVIDUAL BASKETBALL GAME: He dunks the ball, beats guys off the dribble, rebounds like a monster - he just needs to improve his mid-range jumper, and his strength.

Wayne's work ethic is unbelievable. He sometimes works out 3 times per day, and often calls me and asks what he can do better...he's terrific to coach.
